Packaging & Handling

Every Nanebi item is carefully inspected before packaging to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Each product is placed in a branded Valenti box and gently wrapped in a soft protective cloth to preserve its pristine condition. Your order will also include our signature Nanebi gift bag at no extra cost – so it's ready to gift, or to keep.

We treat every order with the same care you put into choosing it – because we know it means more.

Returns & Refunds

We want your experience with Nanebi to feel just right. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • unused, and in their original condition
  • original branded packaging (Valenti box and protective cloth)
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required

Due to the premium and delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been handled, unwrapped, or show signs of use.

Returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior authorization may be declined and subject to return shipping fees.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@nanebi.shop and include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Number of items you wish to return

We’ll get back to you with return instructions and next steps.

Please note: Online orders cannot be returned in person. Returns must be shipped using the instructions we provide.

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be returned in their original shipping box to ensure proper protection.

Please do not use the product’s branded gift box as outer packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.
